We do not accept returns or exchanges regarding issues with size or change of mind.
As all shoes are sold on a consignment basis, returns cannot be made. However, there are certain circumstances which can warrant a refund.
All our goods are 100% authentic. If any item which has passed our extreme authentication checks is deemed inauthentic, we will provide you with a full refund.

All orders are fulfilled through Australia Post.
- Free express shipping for all orders over $500
- All orders under will be charged a $10 - $20 shipping fee dependent on item size
Expected delivery times for express shipping:
- VIC 1 - 2 business days
- NSW/QLD 1 - 2 business days
- SA 1 - 3 business days
- WA 2 - 3 business days
For standard shipping it will range from 3 - 6 business days across all states.
A signature is required for all parcels. In the case that no one is available, a card will be left providing further information to collect the package at the local post office.
As of now we only ship abroad to New Zealand through Australia Post.

- Standard 7 - 14 business days
