Return & Refund Policy

NOTICE: We have extended all exchanges for Christmas presents until the 17th of January 2024, if you require an exchange please communicate by then so the team can arrange it for you.

Good news! Size exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase, however, the original item must be kept in the same brand new condition it came in, otherwise we cannot allow an exchange. Customers are required to pay a $30 shipping fee for all exchanges. 

(We highly recommend checking our Sizing Chart and/or reaching out to our live chat so we can address any sizing concerns you have.)

Exchange Conditions: 

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and packaging.
  • Original tags, additional laces, and/or accessories must be intact.
  • For sneakers, no creases from try-on or wear, and no sole wear or debris.

Shipping Process Conditions: 

  • You are required to return the item in a cardboard shipping box to ensure its protection while in transit.
  • Returns shipped in satchels or any packaging other than a cardboard box will be rejected.
  • Responsibility for the item remains with you until it is successfully received by us.

HYPEMARKET reserves the right to refuse items unsuitable for return or if the return initiation process was not followed.

In the event that the particular item variant is out of stock in your size, you will be provided with store credit equivalent to the item's purchase price less a $15 restocking fee. Store credit vouchers of this nature will not expire.

Authenticity or Unwearable Flaws Concerns:

All our goods are 100% authenticIf any item which has passed our extreme authentication checks is deemed inauthentic, or is noticeably flawed in a way that is unwearable, we will provide you with a full refund or replacement, and cover all shipping costs.

Change of Mind:

HYPEMARKET operates on a strict policy against change-of-mind cancellations and returns.
